About your answer,

George A. Theall wrote:

The occurs because the server by default will run non-dangerous plugins
(or all plugins, if Safe Checks are disabled) not explicitly disabled by
a client; it's not a function of script dependencies.

if I disable all plugins excepts those I want, what will happen with
dependences? will they be enable as needed? I did a test like that we I
set "<id>=yes" to all the plugins I wanted and "<id>=no" to all the
rest, but the resulting file in txt format showed:

SUMMARY

 - Number of hosts which were alive during the test : 0
 - Number of security holes found : 0
 - Number of security warnings found : 0
 - Number of security notes found : 0

in XML format, the last part of the file showed:

        <results>
        </results>
</report>

What could be the cause of this? At least I expected the list of open
ports of the target.

If I run the full scan I get a complete report.

Regards,
