SMB Authentication failure detection on windows target hosts from *nix s

Subject: SMB Authentication failure detection on windows target hosts from *nix scanner
Date: Wed, 5 Jul 2006 15:23:13 -0400
Hi, does someone know if there is a way to tell on which windows hosts the
SMB account credential *did not* authenticate successfully on, by looking at
the logs of the Nessus scanning host? And if the account did not
authenticate, exclude that host/ip address from the final report. The
scanning host is a Linux variant.

Thanks.
