I use Suse 10, Nessus 3.0.2 and the NessusClient. For some reason my
nessus scans have not reported on any vulnerabilities for months. I

What exactly does Nessus report? Last Friday you claimed "Nessus scanner
never reports on anything anymore ... even on just a port scan" (see
<http://mail.nessus.org/pipermail/nessus/2006-May/msg00065.html>). And
what is being shown in nessusd.messages?

Also, are you providing Nessus with valid credentials so that it can
actually do local checks on your Windows servers?

Sometimes it misses ports, though the
independant nmap shows all the correct ports.

Specific examples of the descrepancies would be helpful. Also, have you
looked at packet captures to see what nessusd is sending and/or what a
target is receiving?
