That's how NessusClient operates; other clients don't save results in 
this fashion.

You can control where reports are saved using the NESSUSHOME environment 
variable ("man NessusClient" for info); you'll need to tweak permissions 
outside of the client, though.

I don't understand this. NessusClient definitely supports several output 
formats for reports.
