Inconsistent scan results using 3.0.2

Subject: Inconsistent scan results using 3.0.2
Date: Fri, 21 Apr 2006 15:33:08 -0400
Two scans of the same host, first one came up clean... interesting as it is
a web server,

ran it again and now showed all the ports that should have been shown in the
first one.

Now the first time I entered two addresses: addr1, addr2

The first machine reported all the holes, while the second one in question
did not.

The second scan of the system in question was scanned just by itself and
reported correctly.

Any thoughts?

I usually scan multiple hosts at the same time (everyone else does too!)

Scan time in log was 453 secs for the first time and 972 secs for the second
time with the correct results.

While the other host scanned in the first one took 1042 seconds, now that
host is very similar to the host that didn't scan properly
