I installed from source following the instructions on nessus.org.

Yes I do have the plugin feed inc file:

cat plugin_feed_info.inc
PLUGIN_SET = "200510251215";
PLUGIN_FEED = "Registered (7 days delay)";

One unexpected issue I noticed is that the plugins directory including all
files in it have owner/group of the user who runs our scans.  I thought they
would be owned by root.

I'm running on Fedora 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4 BTW
