I have done another plugin update and this time only 500 plugins are loaded

I seem to have the complete file:
4248325 Mar 27 11:27 all-2.0.tar.gz
It takes about a second to load:
./nessusd -D
Loading the plugins... 255 (out of 517)smb_func.inc: No such file or
directory
All plugins loaded
What am I missing? Is it possible the build wasn't successful? I compiled
from source.
also nessus-fetch doesn't seem to cleanup after itself. I had to remove the
old tar file manually first.
./nessus-fetch --plugins
Could not locally open all-2.0.tar.gz - File exists

Yes, this is were the plugins are downloaded from. If you are a
customer, then another hostname/IP is used for the plugins downloads
(plugins-customers.nessus.org )
Yes I was able to register and get the latest plugins. However when I
started the daemon (nessusd -D) I got a slew of missing inc file messages.
See sample below. At first I thoght it was a path issue but when I check
the plugin directory they really are not there.
There are 12 inc files and 8400 nasl files in the plugin dir. Am I
missing files or is this normal?
