An email should be sent immediately, but there may be a delay in
receiving it depending on service availability, greylisting, etc. In
this case, our records show a message was successfully delivered to your
ISP:

[NB: the timestamp is local to Columbia MD, currently 5 hours behind
GMT, I believe.] Check with them or look in any local spam filtering you
may have to see what happened to it. If you can't recover it, you'll
need to register again; before you do that, though, make sure you've
addressed whatever issue was preventing delivery the first time.
