Is that the exact error message? I don't find it in the source, at least for version 1.4.5d. By default, Nessus 3.x uses TLSv1 to encrypt traffic between the server and clients. You can double-check this by looking in nessusd.conf for the string "ssl_version"; if it says "TLSv1" or is missing, you need to configure NessusWX to encrypt traffic using TLSv1.
