What Josh probably meant to say is that we're transitioning to CVSS base
scores for the risk factors. All plugins added since ~ last October use
that and we're (slowly) going back over older plugins and revising them
as well.

And is there a list of all of the currently used risk factors (by Nessus)?

As far as I know, there's no definitive list as in the past plugin
authors were free to use whatever suited their fancy. I had generated
one a while ago:

using my describe-nessus-plugin Perl script:

It parses the risk factor from the plugin source directly. If you find
any errors in it, let me know.
