nessus-3 is the server. If you install it somewhere else, you
just need to enter the new connection information in NessusClient
and you can work again.

If you mean that you are changing the system where the client runs:
Just pack all that is located in $(HOME)/.nessus e.g. with
$ tar -cjvf mynessusdata.tar.bz2 ~/.nessus
and unpack it on your second system
$ cd ~
$ tar -xjvf mynessusdata.tar.bz2

Be aware that this might overwrite data if you already
used NessusClient on the new system (then there is already
a ~/.nessus directory)
