Kindly let me know how to run a script file to automate the scan and
provide error report by mail.

There is no such script included with Nessus. A basic shell script that
does what you've asked for should be straightforward to write, if indeed
that's what you really want. For example, I'd be hesitant to email scan
results, at least not without encrypting them first.
