As Max already pointed out, you're trying to run the wrong program.
Still, you may have a problem with your path as the CLI client nessus
should still run; it will, though, complain about the lack of GUI support:

  This nessus version has no GUI support.  You need to give nessus the
  arguments SERVER PORT LOGIN TRG RESULT as explained in more detail
  using the --help option.

  If you want a X11 GUI, install NessusClient
