the target?
A. Yes

Q. Are ports 135 / 445 open on the target?
A. Yes

Q. Is the IPC$ share on the target accessible from the
nessusd host using the SMB credentials you're
supplying in your config?
A. No, but Admin$, C$, and D$ are..  

The target is a Win2k3 sp1 fully patched system.
