In the ntp doc's folder there's a file called ntp_extensions.txt. There's an additinal preference called "ntp_short_status". Still looking at this documentation it's for Nessus 1.3.x.
And dated early 2003.
Have any changes been made since then?
Looking at the CVS repository, the files nessus-core/nessusd/ntp* have been relatively stable and don't seem to have any NTP commands not already documented. But perhaps Renaud will provide an authoritative answer.
