I am using Suse 10 Linux and the latest verson of nessus, we ever I scan against an IP it brings back what ports are open and vulnerabilities that those ports have but it never brings back and MS vulnerabilities and I know some of the IP's I'm scanning have not been patched for months, what have I done wrong. I just use the nessus gui no command line stuff.
