Relaunch your scan the same way you started the scan (I think
in your case it was:
nessus -c /home/user/.nessusrc -T xml -q 127.0.0.1
1241 user password /home/user/target/targetfile /home/user/results/results.xml)


then, if for example if you set kb_dont_replay_attacks = yes in your
.nessusrc file, nessus will check the age of the output of the attack
plugins stored in the knowledge base. If the output is younger then the
amount of seconds set in kb_max_age in your .nessusrc file, nessus will
not rerun those plugins.
