Hi!
I've recently installed Nessus and have it working fine on a networked
desktop (running Red Hat 9), but am unable to run the updates.
I keep getting the message:
"Could not open connection to www.nessus.org - Operation now in
progress.
Could not retrieve the plugins MD5.
Aborting"
We do have a proxy server that I think may be causing the problem. I did
see some info. on the mailing lists archives about making amendments for
Proxy Servers, but it didn't say exactly what to do, and being a
complete newbie to Linux, I'm struggling a bit!
Any help gratefully received!
