Excuse me. What means "Registered (7 days delay)"?

The text only describes the type of feed you have - a registered feed,
in which the plugins Tenable writes are included only after 7 days. It
doesn't indicate anything's wrong with your feed (unless, of course
you're supposed to have a different type) and you should always now see
that text when you run your scans.

You probably want to pay more attention to the other fields in that
report; eg, "Plugin feed version : " which tells you when you last
updated the plugins, the port range, etc.
