The strict answer would be 'Y'.
To accommodate this, Tenable is developing binary packages of Nessus for various operating systems. No word on when these will be available just yet.

given light of the current thread, I think this email disclaimer is hilarious! I'm sure there must be some companies who have their SPAM filters set to drop emails like this, since it's to much legal risk to receive such an email
