Hi, I don't understand Nessus sometimes. I am using the latest version on
my Linux server and use NessusWX client on my PC. I normally scan a range

I remove the range and just scan this one IP on its own, it shows up with
the correct results.

There is an assumption that you mean nessus v2.2.5 here.
What nessuswx version?

What did you configure in respect to the dependencies? Do you use ping
checks? Other checks? Do you use info from previous runs?

What details can you find in the nessus log on this host when it is part
of your subnet? And what if you run a single scan?

What about the host on that IP adres? Is there any filtering device
between your scanner and this machine?

As you see there are a lot of blanks which needs to be filled in by you.

Hugo.
