Noob question

Hi

I have been working on installing Nessus into our environment. We are
running nessusd (Nessus) 2.2.4 for Linux on Fedora Core 3.
I am using Nessus Console for Windows ver 1.4.5 on XP SP2.

I update the .nessusrc file using the Perl script update-nessusrc which
works fine

The problem being that the NessusWX client connects to the server fine
and runs scans etc. It seems to pick up the server prefs OK, but will
not pick up the Plugin Prefs....is this normal action? I have configured
such thinks as the SMB user and password in the .nessusrc file on the
server, but this is not passed to the client?

Any ideas?
