Hi, I have just run Nmap from my WinXP PC using this command: Namp -v -sS -P0 <IP address> and it returns all the ports I know are open. -v = verbose mode -sS = TCP SYN stealth port scan (default if privileged (root) -P0 = Don't ping hosts If I just run Nmap in Nessus it doesn't return any ports. I'm using NessusWX to connect to my Linux Nessus server. Why does it not pick anything up? How do I turn off pinging hosts? Thanks Andy
