"nessusd -s | fgrep plugins_folder" returns nothing.

"nessusd -s" returns:
cert_file = /usr/local/com/nessus/CA/servercert.pem
key_file = /usr/local/var/nessus/CA/serverkey.pem
ca_file = /usr/local/com/nessus/CA/cacert.pem
config_file = /usr/local/etc/nessus/nessusd.conf

and my nessusd.conf file does indeed contain "plugins_folder 
/usr/local/lib/nessus/plugins"

suggestions?
