I can tell you that nothing interesting appeared in the Protocol Tracer 
window and debugging was indeed enabled.  And that the date came 
straight from the error that was produced.  However, I have since 
remedied the problem by copying the /usr/local/lib/nessus/plugins/ 
folder to /usr/local/var/nessus/users/adam/plugins/.  Everything seems 
to be working fine now.  I appreciate the help.
