What's problem?

Who knows? Maybe you just don't point to the right .nessusrc file
(option -c would help) or maybe the OpenSSL library cannot initialize
because it cannot find /dev/urandom (chroot problem?), and maybe I
don't want to debug a Apache problem on a list that is related to
Nessus, not web development.
