Check out the nessus documentation. Part three of one of the articles
has about exporting items to sql
database(http://www.securityfocus.com/infocus/1759). From there you can
use something like Crystal reports to generate nice looking reports

Subject: generating reports from nessus

Hi

I'm sure this has been covered LOTS of times before...but I was unable
to search the archives and I'm having a heck of time with this. Does
anyone know of a way to generate better reports from nessus...maybe
someone has already developed plugins for this or maybe someone can help
with getting the nessus data into a mysql database and then some way of
pulling that data out and generating a nice html report from it...anyone
have any ideas or suggestions. Thanks VERY much.
