Hi,

Please do register  the url http://www.nessus.org/register/ and get the 
execution command, It will be look like this 

nessus-fetch --register XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Execute this Line in ur command line. The will get register. Finally run 
nessusd using nessusd -D
