Hi there --
Is there a way to compare and subsequently create a graph or pie chart that shows a trend in the scans that are done on a network? For example, if scans was done on Monday through Wednesday, with patches installed on the days immediately following the scans, is there a way to take scan results, in this case saved as html files, and create a chart that provides a histogram of the results that were produced?
Nessus does not specifically do this. Many commercial tools (such as our Lightning Console) do what you ask on a per scan, per user or per business unit basis.
For starters though, if you are saving the results as HTML files, you may have a harder time looking for changes than in the more compact .nsr format.
