This is a known bug (now) that have been fixed (in the future 2.2.4?!)
However, this doesn't happen every time.
That's normal. By the way, does this happen (1) when the plugin are reloaded or (2) when a scan is running? If (2), a workaround would be to scan your network with Nmap first, then run Nessus and import the results.
