The messages file says that the KB key Host/HP-UX/swlist is not found. This probably because the SSH connection did not work properly or the user could not run 'swlist -l' (that's probably what the SSH plugin runs although I haven't confirmed this checking the sources). Can you confirm if the SSH user logged in successfully in the HP-UX server you are testing against at the time the scan was run?
