Hi, Sonny.  Thanks for the response.

Yes, Nikto is in my path. As the same user that's running the Nessus scans, I can run the following command:
nikto.pl -host xxxxx


and it works perfectly. I've been trying to debug this for a while, but I haven't had any luck whatsoever. My logs simply say that it ran, then exited successfully, but I never get any output.
