The nessus client considers plugins in the denial, destructive_attack,
flood, and kill_host' as "dangerous".

website. I remember there was a link to a perl script doing just what I 
want but I can't find it anymore.

You're probably referring to my update-nessusrc script --
<http://www.tifaware.com/perl/update-nessusrc/>.  Edgeos also has a
similar script, but it's written in Python -
<http://www.edgeos.com/resources/>. 

Last thing just to get it right: Is ist correct that the "Ping remote host" 
scan option doesn't have any impact anymore. 

I believe so -- nmap.nasl doesn't use it.
