Ok. Final reponse, just in case someone else runs into the same problem. I tried running nessus from the command line, no luck, same problem. I also tried reinstalling using 'sh nessus-installer' method, same problem. I finally downloaded the source and compiled everything manually and that seemed to resolve my problems. Again, insert Outer Limits theme here, no idea how, what or where. I am just happy it is working again.

Not that I'm aware of.


I configure the range of IPs, either IP/Mask or IPstart - IPend, multiple ranges.

For instance, currently I have

x.x.220.1 - x.x.221.238


I don't think Nessus understands ranges like that -- only ranges
involving the final octet; IP/mask should work, though.
