Yeah, this seems to solve the problem. After I have installed nessus-plugins I got real results of my scans.

Thanks for pointing the key to the cave :) Probably nessus-plugins should be included in the nessus dependancies, so poor souls like me can get it running straight away. Thank you for pointing this out!
