With Nessus 2.2.2, the NMAP OS guess preferences are no longer available... Were these preferences removed purposely, and if so, for what reason? I realise that there is an alternate OS guessing plugin (11936) , but there are occurences, where there are no results from this OS Guess plugin, one obvious example being Appsocket or Socket API printers (eg plugin 11933). In this case NMAP at least provided some OSguess data.. There are other examples.. For those of us who are also using Nessus for collecting OS type Stats, this is a bit of a set back. .. _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list Nessus@list.nessus.org http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
