You don't load a Nmap result file? Are other scanners enabled? (snmpwalk, netstat)

Just in case, use Nessus TCP or SYN scanners and nothing else.
Well it still seems to be. I am getting it finding HTTP holes on some servers on port 2301 (Compaq admin port) - when neither port 80 or 2301 are in "port_range".
