there are a couple of options:
o Convert NBE to SQL directly; eg,
- import-nbe.pl (part of the NESSUS-SQL branch),
<http://cvsweb.nessus.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/nessus-tools/nessus-extract/Attic/import-nbe.pl?only_with_tag=NESSUS_SQL>.
- nessQuick,
<http://www.atriskonline.com/projects/nessQuick.html>.
i'm also interested in knowing how to dump nessus results into
mysql.
i've tried using import-nbe.pl and nessQuick as suggested.
however, i faced some problems.
for import-nbe.pl, i have messages showing ..
Name "main::opt_m" used only once: possible typo at
import-nbe.pl line 86.
Name "main::fakesql" used only once: possible typo at
import-nbe.pl line 77.
Name "main::opt_p" used only once: possible typo at
import-nbe.pl line 96.
Name "main::opt_u" used only once: possible typo at
import-nbe.pl line 95.
... then, nothing happens. is it that i have to change anything
in the perl script? what does the sessionid, hostid and
executionid means in the script?
for nessQuick, i have message showing ...
install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't locate DBD/mysql.pm in @INC
(@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0

/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 .) at (eval 1) line 3, <STDIN> line 1.
Perhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.
Available drivers: ExampleP, Pg, Proxy.
at nessus_import.pl line 21
... i don't really catch what error has happen.
can anyone give some guide ??
thanx!
