thats not yet possible.
Filter helps in many cases, but ordering is still a good idea.
Especially I would like that for the plugin parameters.

Me and Thomas intended to add this feature but unfortunately
we ran out of time and instead concentrated on stabilizing the
new GTK client. For the plugin parameters we had a treelist in
mind which then directly contains the entry widgets.
