I had the same problem. It turns out it was on my system but under a .NET 1.1
directory out of my path. I did a search and copied the dll to the NessusWX
directory.
In any case, I was able to locate a copy of MSVCR711.DLL and download it
directly from this website:
http://games.gimbo.org/~punt/
However, in the future I recommend that the library be included with the
1.4.4-NP release of NessusWX.
