NessusWX 1.4.4-np and msvcr711.dll

When I downloaded the new patched copy of NessusWX and copied it over the
existing install I had, I got an error when trying to run the client. It was
looking for a library called MSVCR711.DLL.

Presumably this is because of the recompiling of the binary using a
development environment than what the original author used.

In any case, I was able to locate a copy of MSVCR711.DLL and download it
directly from this website:

        http://games.gimbo.org/~punt/

However, in the future I recommend that the library be included with the
1.4.4-NP release of NessusWX.
