Kind of related to this issue, and a feature request....What I'd like to see is a global scan preference that allows you to turn off reporting of dependent plugin findings. For example when registry scanning for MS vulnerabilities, I don't want all the dependent plugin info reported - When scanning for MS04-028, I receive results for the following plugins in addition to 14724: 14724 Buffer Overrun in JPEG Processing (833987) 13855 Installed Windows Hotfixes 10870 Login configurations 10401 SMB Registry : NT4 Service Pack version 10400 SMB accessible registry 10428 SMB fully accessible registry 10394 SMB log in 11011 SMB on port 445 10330 Services 10150 Using NetBIOS to retrieve information from a Windows host Thanks.
