problem connecting to nessusd host

Subject: problem connecting to nessusd host
Date: Thu, 11 Nov 2004 08:06:20 GMT

i'm a newbie in nessus. i'm having problem in connecting my
nessus client with the server.

i've installed nessus 2.0.12 on redhat linux 9 successfully.
However, i'm having problem in connecting my nessus client,
after starting the nessus daemon.

i tried to login my nessus but there's a pop-up saying "host not
found" and i'd this error "open_sock_opt_hn: invalid socket
address". i'm not sure if it is due to configuration problem of
nessus server or not.

i'm running both the server and client on the same machine.
