Define ssl_version = NONE in nessusd.conf and restart. This means, though, that *all* client / server traffic is unencrypted; ie, there's no way to selectively disable SSL for specific hosts or users. If you can wait a bit, though, you may not need to do this -- I sent Tiago some code that hopefully can be used to integrate SSL support into the next version of Net::Nessus.
