Operational Help

Nessus Operational questions:

Currently I scanned a customer network but I need some
operational help.

I needed to scan their network many times and
generated the 
NBE files for all of them. How can I merge these files
and generate
a complete Report with graphs and pies? ALso how can I
exclude hosts that
did not completed the test from ?

I found many roles in their systems but they have
about 250 stations, mainly windows 95. 
This OS in not suppported anymore by MS. What would be
a best Practice for that, 
recommend upgrade ? Try so "solve" these roles?What
else?

About the others wks with Windows 200 and XP. They
also have many roles, no service pack 
applied and also many adwares, they do not have AD to
deploy group policies,everybody logs on as 
administrator, etc. What would be the best practice?
Fix all the machines? Create Scripts?
Deploy a new standard secure software installation
procedure and forward to local 
IT staff. 

I´d like to focus in their servers and perimeter
equipments not loosing time with very old 
workstations.

I´d like ideas from you experienced gyus.
