Scan finishes without results

hi all,

i installed Nessus 2.0.12 for Linux on a Suse8.2 box.

but when trying to do a scan from the NessusWX V1.4.4 GUI,
all the time the scan stops after 1 second without
showing any results. The server is doing nothing, telling
me: nothing interesting found... Then the scan stops just
after starting.

The trace log shows me this:

a new installation of the nessus daemon did not solve the problem.

what is wrong ?
