Works just fine for me. I've used 2.6.7, 2.6.8.1, 2.6.9-pre2 and 2.6.9-pre4 without any issues. I did notice one rogue nmap process stuck in a tight run loop trying to talk to a nessusd that had gone away; but I don't think that's a kernel issue.
