Hi,

Today I updated my FreeBSD ports using cvsup. The version included in
these ports for Nessus is 2.1.2, however I want to install the newest
2.1.3 version.

If I install 2.1.2 can I upgrade somehow to 2.1.3?

I submitted the port update last weekend, but it hasn't been committed yet.
After you installed 2.1.2 you can of course update to 2.1.3 (best way to do
this is using sysutils/portupgrade after the ports-tree contains my 2.1.3
update).

Best regards
