Russ,
I posted this message to the "Patch Management" mailing list, but it

Here is a link to a small and free utility that will search one or more
specified local or remote paths (to which you have the permissions to
search) for all instances of the file GDIPlus.DLL.
It will display information (Root Path, Full Path, File Version and
Creation Date) about all instances of GDIPlus.dll that it finds. The
resulting data (scan status or results) can then be saved, printed and/or
copied to the clipboard.
The utility uses a simple text file for definition of search paths. The
format of the file is as follows:
1. Each line in the file that starts with ?:\ or \\ is treated as a
"search path" and is loaded into the utility for searching
2. Any line not starting with either of these patterns is ignored
Make sure to view the file "GDI_Reporting_Utility.htm" (from either the
"Start" menu or from the "Help" option in the utility) for specifics on
how to create the "Search Paths" file, and on any other operations the
utility performs.
The program requires the Microsoft Net Framework version 1.1 SP3.
Testing platforms include Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP
Professional.
The web page for the utility is not yet up, but you can download the
utility from this link:
http://www.dynicity.com/downloads/GDIPlusReporter_Setup.zip
If you have problems/feature requests, please use the "Send Email" link on
the "About" dialog.
Later,
Eric
