libnet-NG on Windows

Subject: libnet-NG on Windows
Date: Wed, 18 Aug 2004 16:18:57 +0200
What's the status on NG on Win32? I tried building it with
my own makefile, but a lot of stuff is missing and the orig/*.c
files can't be used AFAICS since "libnet_context::device" is
gone now.

More problems:
1. gettimeofday() is missing. Easy to fix.
2. WIN32 seems to blindly assume MSVC. Doesn't
   work as-is with MingW.
3. The libnet_dll.def file lists a bunch of functions that's
  not coded.
4. Missing functions; libnet_link_open, libnet_get_hwaddr,
  libnet_link_write_* etc.

Anybody tried NG with MSVC or MingW? Does it even
work?
